Plant Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Pueblo, Colorado, 5 days per week

Salary: $65,200–$93,660 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead the overall performance of a production team across safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
• Monitor and coordinate daily operations in a high-volume lean manufacturing environment.
• Supervise materials usage and maintain smooth production flow.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support plant programs and performance goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement leaders.
• Communicate plant goals and initiatives, coach employees, and foster positive employee relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage shifting production priorities while maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Ability to work on-site in Pueblo, Colorado, five days per week.
