What you will do

• Design and build the enterprise AI learning and enablement strategy.
• Develop scalable AI learning programs and differentiated tracks for technical, operational, business, G&A, and executive audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive enablement programs.
• Partner with functional leaders to define how AI will transform organizational workflows.
• Build adoption frameworks, accountability systems, and operating models for workforce upskilling.
• Collaborate with IT, security engineering, and AI systems teams on tooling and roadmap evolution.

Requirements

• Experience leading AI enablement, AI adoption, or workforce transformation initiatives.
• Learning and Development program design and delivery experience.
• Strong program management, organizational leadership, communication, and executive presence.
• Experience working effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Engineering background or close collaboration with engineering organizations.
• Experience creating technical learning content and leading enterprise-wide organizational change.
• Multifunctional experience across business, operations, technology, or strategy.
• Executive facilitation or coaching experience.
• Experience designing scalable learning systems in fast-moving technology environments.
