Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations in Boston, New York, and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Own the technical knowledge hub for the go-to-market organization, including demo libraries, reference architectures, competitive positioning, and AI use-case patterns.
• Raise the technical readiness of AEs and CSMs across onboarding, ongoing development, use-case fluency, and enterprise AI transformation conversations.
• Leverage the Solutions Architect team as a knowledge multiplier by extracting, systematizing, and distributing technical expertise.
• Co-own Solutions Architect ramp-up and continuous development with the Head of SA and senior SA team.
• Define and measure technical readiness, deal-stage SA leverage, and the quality of technical narratives across the sales funnel.
• Audit existing technical assets, identify deal-impacting gaps, build the initial AI use-case pattern library and reference architecture set, and design the SA knowledge-multiplier model.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical go-to-market role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical enablement.
• Technical credibility to work as a peer to SAs and Field Development Engineers, combined with strong commercial judgment.
• Experience building and shipping technical knowledge systems, including demo libraries, reference architectures, competitive technical positioning, or AI use-case pattern libraries.
• Fluency in AI use cases and enterprise AI transformation conversations.
• Strong cross-functional operating skills and the ability to establish scope for a new function.
• Fluent English is required; applications must be submitted in English.

• Experience at a product-led growth or AI-native company where technical positioning was a competitive differentiator.
• Experience building cross-functional technical enablement programs for both pre-sales and post-sales teams.
