Associate III - IT Support

Location: Hazleton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite support for the facility and remote users, including other U.S. facilities.

Salary: USD $49,500–$79,200 per year

What you will do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain IT solutions for supported offices, facilities, and remote users.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, network, and server issues.
• Assist with server and network deployments, equipment repairs, and network security-related support.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to facilities and associates across the United States.
• Collaborate with IT functions on projects and assist with UAT testing and post-change troubleshooting.
• Analyze non-routine problems independently and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Two-year college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical support role.
• Experience repairing and troubleshooting PCs and laptops.
• Basic knowledge of networks and servers, including replacing disk drives or memory and restarting servers.
• Experience with Active Directory for Windows servers and Microsoft productivity software.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a drug test and post-offer background check.
