Salary: $56,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, telephones, conference room technology, and related equipment.
• Receive, document, track, and update incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Install approved software, operating system updates, and standard hardware according to company standards.
• Manage inventory, asset deployment, equipment replacement, workstation setups, and routine backup verification.
• Escalate complex infrastructure, security, networking, server, application, and architecture issues.
• Maintain building operations, monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, and coordinate vendors, repairs, office moves, and onsite events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, computer science, information systems management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least five years of experience in information technology.
• Experience supporting end users and IT personnel in a distributed environment, including remote business locations and field personnel.
• Strong customer service, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, and H-1B authorization are not accepted.
• Availability for after-hours and weekend support as needed.
