What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People team to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Improve recruiting processes, documentation, efficiency, and scalability in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including 2+ years of in-house recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably in software and/or hardware engineering.
• Strong sourcing, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and maintain accurate recruiting data.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience; current authorization to work in the United States is required.
