Senior Technical Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with an option to work hybrid if within commuting distance of offices in Salem, Oregon, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Fremont, California. Current authorization to work in the United States is required.

Anticipated base salary: $122,000–$190,000 USD annually, depending on market location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People team to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Improve recruiting processes, documentation, efficiency, and scalability while supporting hiring priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including 2+ years of in-house recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably software and/or hardware engineering.
• Strong sourcing, organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience; current authorization to work in the United States is required.
