Full Stack Recruiter (AI/Robotics)

What you will do

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for technical research and engineering roles.
• Identify and engage exceptional talent across machine learning research, robotics, systems, and infrastructure.
• Build talent heatmaps, sourcing strategies, dashboards, and long-term candidate relationships.
• Design structured and role-specific interview processes with interviewer calibration.
• Advise founders and hiring managers on compensation, competitive positioning, tradeoffs, scope, and urgency.
• Develop bespoke closing strategies and represent the organization thoughtfully throughout the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience recruiting highly competitive technical talent.
• Resilience, urgency, intellectual horsepower, and strong analytical rigor.
• Sophisticated and creative sourcing capabilities.
• Data-driven approach with evidence-based recruiting decisions.
• Genuine interest in robotics and AI applied to the physical world.
• Ability to work fully onsite in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting machine learning, robotics, AI, or hardware talent.
• Executive recruiting experience.
• Experience as a first recruiter or Head of Talent.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and automation workflows.
