Technical Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics F&O)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; offices in Miami, New York, San Francisco, and Toronto. Relocation support is available to New York or San Francisco as needed.

Salary: $158,000–$217,000 nationwide OTE or $176,000–$242,000 SF/NY OTE, plus equity with a 75/25 split.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for enterprise accounts running Microsoft Dynamics F&O in complex multi-entity and multi-ERP environments.
• Lead technical discovery, integration design, configuration, and system architecture for F&O, HRIS, and API-based solutions.
• Advise customers and internal teams on implementation decisions, technical hurdles, and scalable product configurations.
• Collaborate with Customer Activation, Account Management, Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, and implementation teams.
• Represent customer pain points in product roadmap discussions and contribute to documentation and tooling for F&O integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics F&O experience, including financial modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-organization structures.
• Experience with APIs, integration logic, system architecture, and translating technical solutions into business value for finance and operations stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
