Base salary: $105,000–$119,000 per year, plus potential equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Scope complex enterprise engagements, assess technical feasibility, and shape deal strategy with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
• Own technical strategy from initial architecture through implementation, delivery, and handoff.
• Design and build scalable Asana-based solutions integrating third-party APIs, AI-powered workflows, data migrations, and custom automation.
• Lead post-sales delivery, write and review code, coordinate milestones with Implementation Managers, and partner with Customer Success Managers.
• Align EMEA engagements with global Technical Services standards and contribute to partner-led delivery.
• Identify recurring customer needs to develop reusable frameworks, tools, delivery assets, and product roadmap insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with ownership of complex enterprise engagements.
• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience with Python or Node required.
• Deep experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture.
• Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales technical delivery.
• Ability to use LLMs, AI coding assistants, and agentic workflows to improve development and solution design.
• Strong systems thinking, executive communication, independent regional ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience evaluating services partner competencies and supporting partner selection.
