Senior Recruiter (Hardware and Robotics)

Location: Hybrid in New York City or San Francisco

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year for New York City-based applicants; compensation may vary outside New York City.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware and robotics roles from role scoping and sourcing strategy through offer close.
• Partner with hiring managers across engineering, hardware, software, and other functions to define requirements and calibrate candidates.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, technical communities, and creative sourcing channels.
• Drive a clear, engaging candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
• Contribute to interview structures, evaluation frameworks, offer strategy, and broader recruiting practices.
• Represent hirify.global’s mission and hardware vision to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in an early-stage, high-growth, or hyper-growth technology company.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience finding passive candidates in specialized hardware and robotics communities.
• Strong technical recruiting judgment and the ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical leaders.
• Experience supporting rapidly scaling teams and working in environments with evolving priorities and processes.
• Deep commitment to candidate experience and authentic communication about roles and opportunities.
