What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and Robotics searches from scoping to close.
• Partner with the Head of Hardware to define technical requirements and calibrate candidates.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, and specialized technical communities.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring high engagement and excitement.
• Help evolve internal recruiting practices, interview structures, and offer strategies.
• Represent the company brand and sell the hardware vision to high-impact talent.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically across hardware and robotics.
• Proven expertise in sourcing passive talent within niche technical ecosystems.
• Experience in high-growth hardware/robotics startups or a blend of agency and in-house experience.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco.
• Ability to map organizations and identify top-tier systems and hardware engineers.
