Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure & Platform

Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $200,000–$235,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing, and operates its own mortgage servicing business.

What you will do

• Define and own the roadmap for core infrastructure domains such as notification, documents, and user management platforms.
• Lead discovery and specification with engineering leads, vertical product managers, operations teams, and customers.
• Drive initiatives from ideation and scoping through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Conduct customer interviews and map complex processes across customers with different profiles.
• Ensure infrastructure is resilient, scalable, observable, secure, and extensible.
• Partner with engineering leadership and architects on design, performance, scale, technical debt, and roadmap tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, product infrastructure, or platforms is preferred.
• Strong technical fluency with systems, APIs, data models, and engineering collaboration.
• Strong customer discovery skills, including interviews, journey maps, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience shipping infrastructure or platform features with broad adoption or measurable impact.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
