Salary: $147,400 — $377,400 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for the Polaris platform, translating requirements into prioritized epics and user stories.
• Lead CI/CD modernization and secure software delivery initiatives across Azure-based pipelines using DevSecOps best practices.
• Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale initiatives across Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Define and track platform KPIs such as deployment frequency, lead time for changes, and MTTR.
• Ensure platform capabilities align with enterprise security, compliance, and software supply chain requirements.
• Collaborate with SRE and Observability teams to define SLOs and improve operational resilience.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen due to sensitive data and federal customer support.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in highly technical environments.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading enterprise CI/CD or platform engineering initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Secure DevOps, cloud-native platform delivery, and infrastructure automation.
• Deep understanding of Azure cloud services and software supply chain security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI/ML platform delivery pipelines.
• Familiarity with compliance-as-code and policy automation tooling.
• Experience within enterprise-scale SaaS or cybersecurity organizations.
• Agile/Scrum (CSPO, PSPO) or cloud platform/DevOps certifications.
