Sr Manager, Visa Accept Product Manager (SDK)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; at least 3 days per week in the office. The role requires 5–10% travel.

Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and applicable sales incentive payments.

What you will do

• Define and execute the technical product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Accept SDKs, APIs, and developer platform services.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical design through prioritization, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Risk, and regional product teams to build scalable, secure, and resilient merchant acceptance capabilities.
• Develop platform capabilities for merchant onboarding, credential management, tokenization, authentication, risk controls, settlement, reporting, and transaction processing.
• Define API contracts, SDK architecture standards, developer workflows, reference architectures, integration patterns, versioning, and release management processes.
• Use telemetry, developer feedback, operational metrics, and market trends to improve platform performance, reliability, adoption, and differentiation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or the equivalent experience required for an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience managing API, SDK, platform, or developer-focused products and driving developer experience and adoption at scale.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant acquiring, card-present and card-not-present transaction flows, and payment ecosystem participants.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, mobile SDKs for iOS and Android, web SDKs, authentication protocols, tokenization, cloud-native architectures, and API lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile practices, CI/CD, observability, platform governance, resiliency, error handling, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and partner teams.
• Must work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications such as CSM or CSPO, or equivalent credentials.
• Experience developing software capabilities for sales, service, or customer relationship management functions.
• Experience identifying product tradeoffs, building technical business cases, and managing complex projects.
