Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Owning the strategy, discovery, delivery, and growth of scalable fintech products with an accent on MVP definition, customer research, roadmap management, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on building and launching a strategic KYC product, optimizing product performance, and solving complex stakeholder, compliance, quality, and scaling challenges.

Location: Remote across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans; flexible hours must align with Central European Time (CET)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, MVP scope, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Own delivery from discovery through release while coordinating engineering, QA, design, analysts, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Build and prioritize the product backlog and facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions.
• Monitor adoption, activation, conversion, retention, operational efficiency, and business impact to guide continuous improvement.
• Manage product risks, acceptance criteria, release readiness, quality, compliance, and future scaling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience in product or technology-driven companies.
• Experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth, including product vision, roadmaps, and MVP strategy.
• Experience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile product development, backlog prioritization, Jira, Confluence, and related product tools.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English and availability to work within CET hours.

Nice to have

• Experience building products from scratch, launching MVPs, and scaling products.
• Background in fintech, payments, banking, KYC/KYB, compliance, card issuing, or SaaS.
• Experience with third-party integrations, external vendors, and distributed remote teams.
• PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or similar certification.
