Lead Product Manager

What you will do

• Lead product management across large or complex digital products, services, and transformation areas.
• Define product strategies, visions, roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide constructive product leadership.
• Lead, coach, and support Product Managers and multidisciplinary agile delivery teams.
• Track user feedback, benefits realisation, and service performance to improve product outcomes.
• Support business development, bids, client conversations, and the growth of the Product Management practice.

Requirements

• Significant UK public-sector experience is required, including GDS and/or NHS Digital delivery experience.
• Experience delivering new products through large and complex transformation programmes.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience building client relationships and delivering challenging projects to tight timescales.
• Experience working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments is required.
• Ability to mentor and coach Product Managers and delivery teams.
