Account Manager II (SaaS)

What you will do

• Build and grow relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Protect and grow revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify account issues and customer needs, and demonstrate the business value of products.
• Maintain customer experience in line with agreed quality and contact-frequency targets.
• Coach and upskill team members while supporting shared goals.
• Complete planning, documentation, reporting, and data recording according to agreed methods and targets.

Requirements

• Domain and market knowledge, including experience adopting new products.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Experience in a B2B sales environment focused on retaining and growing customers.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities with a customer service and sales support background.
• Strong communication, time management, planning, and influencing skills.
• Consistent performance against or above expectations.
