Senior Field Marketing Manager

Location: Remote; Los Angeles, California or Phoenix, Arizona

hirify.global is seeking a marketing professional to drive regional field marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement across the West Region.

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated field and regional marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
• Design and activate executive engagement programs, CxO experiences, customer roundtables, and high-touch events.
• Lead regional demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing programs for high-value accounts.
• Partner with sales, product marketing, demand generation, GTM teams, technology partners, and external agencies on campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, using data to optimize programs and report results to leadership.
• Manage the West Region marketing budget and represent hirify.global at conferences, executive forums, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and pipeline generation programs.
• Strong knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and execution.
• Expertise in project management and event execution.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to support business and client needs.
