Electrical Engineering Intern (AI Hardware)

What you will do

• Design boards supporting high-performance ASIC systems and frontier AI infrastructure.
• Develop design and validation infrastructure for hardware and silicon.
• Work across the full-stack platform system from PCB to rack.
• Contribute to mechanical and electrical engineering, system integration, and product design.
• Support hardware for inference workloads, including prefill and decode systems.

Requirements

• Progress toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience building real mechanical systems, boards, or other hands-on projects.
• Knowledge of the board design cycle, high-speed interconnects, power delivery, and system integration.
• Availability for a Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027 internship.
