Junior Talent Recruiter

Location: Fully remote from Serbia, with Belgrade specified; 8-hour workday within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours, with flexible start and end times.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms including Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Assist with creating and publishing job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases, ATS records, recruitment metrics, interview notes, and candidate statuses.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals with an interest in HR are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presentation and the ability to communicate company and role details clearly to candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and organization when managing candidates for multiple roles.
• Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and move candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
• English is required. Familiarity with ATS tools is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
