Junior Talent Recruiter

Location: Remote Serbia (Belgrade); permanently remote. Full-time work requires an 8-hour day within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours, with flexible start and end times and the option to split hours into multiple blocks.

Compensation: USD $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms including Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and keep accurate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals with demonstrated interest in HR are welcome.
• Enthusiasm for learning about people and their experiences, with the ability to move candidates quickly through the pipeline.
• Professional presentation and the ability to communicate the company and roles clearly to prospective hires.
• Strong attention to detail and organization when managing multiple candidates, statuses, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Required language: English.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
