What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using an ATS.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia (Belgrade).
• Entry-level experience (0-3 years) in HR or recruitment.
• English: B2+ proficiency (required).
• Familiarity with ATS tools.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of creative portfolios and design roles.
