What you will do

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack, and niche job boards
• Build and manage talent pipelines for 10–15 concurrent open roles
• Craft personalized outreach messages and email sequences for passive candidates
• Perform initial light screenings to assess candidate interest and basic fit
• Develop Boolean strings and sourcing strategies from scratch
• Maintain candidate records in the internal ATS and optimize response rates

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or sales
• Hands-on exposure to Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing techniques
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple roles and priorities
• Data-driven mindset and high level of organization
• Must be based in LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, or Nicaragua)

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for remote or international positions
• Familiarity with GitHub sourcing and tech profiles
• Experience with email automation tools
• Exposure to startup or SaaS environments
