Junior Talent Sourcer

Location: Remote in Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, or Nicaragua

Salary: $600–$900 per month, plus commission on successful placements

What you will do

• Source candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and niche job boards for 10–15 concurrent roles.
• Build talent pipelines and create Boolean search strategies for each role.
• Write personalized outreach messages and email sequences for passive candidates.
• Conduct light screening to assess candidate interest, availability, and basic fit.
• Track sourcing performance, maintain accurate ATS records, and re-engage past applicants.
• Partner with Recruiters and contribute to referral, talent community, process, tooling, and automation improvements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or a similar role.
• Practical exposure to Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and candidate outreach.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities while maintaining strong organization and time management.
• Curious, proactive, data-driven, and eager to learn.
• Comfort using automation tools and internal systems.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for remote or international roles.
• Familiarity with GitHub sourcing and technology profiles.
• Experience with email automation tools.
• Startup or SaaS environment exposure.
