Early Talent Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based out of Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Own the university and early-career recruiting strategy for the Belgrade site, including school selection, campus planning, university partnerships, student groups, and recruiting events.
• Lead intern, co-op, and direct new-grad hiring from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and acceptance.
• Partner with engineering managers and Recruiting leadership to define candidate profiles and calibrate hiring standards.
• Build a direct new-grad recruiting motion where one does not yet exist.
• Track funnel health, maintain ATS discipline, and improve recruiting processes using data on applications, conversions, offer acceptance, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience owning a full campus recruiting cycle, including school selection, university partnerships, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
• Ability to influence hiring managers, challenge assumptions, and maintain a clear hiring bar.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to connect recruiting funnel metrics with practical decisions.
• Clear, respectful communication with students, candidates, hiring managers, and university partners.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Interest in explaining technical work involving silicon, RISC-V, AI, and ML software to early-career candidates and university partners.
