Robot Test and Integration Technicians (Robotics)

What you will do

• Perform detailed quality control checks on new robots and verify correct component installation and hardware configuration.
• Set up and provision hardware, software, and firmware components according to documented procedures.
• Execute functional and technical robot performance tests against fleet integration acceptance criteria.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document mechanical, electrical, and software faults in robots and peripheral equipment.
• Collaborate with fleet team engineers on testing and integrating new robot platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hardware testing experience.
• Experience with diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and PLCs.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotic systems.
• Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related technical field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Relevant electrical or mechanical systems certifications, such as ASE or NATE.
