Director of Customer Trust (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing security engagement and serve as the primary security representative during customer security reviews.
• Participate in enterprise sales cycles, technical discussions, and architecture reviews with customer security teams and CISOs.
• Lead the security questionnaire and customer assessment response program.
• Maintain the customer security response knowledge base, evidence repository, and Trust Center.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to remove security-related blockers and develop security collateral.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and work with Product Security and Engineering to address trust gaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer trust, cybersecurity, security assurance, product security, or security consulting.
• Direct experience engaging enterprise customers on security topics and supporting enterprise sales cycles.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, PCI-DSS, SIG, and CAIQ frameworks and assessments.
• Experience with complex multi-cloud, hybrid, and large-scale platform security environments.
• Experience managing customer security or security assurance programs.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex security concepts to customer audiences.
