Location: East Coast, USA; primarily remote, with the North American headquarters located in Boston, Massachusetts.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary, plus bonus or variable commission and equity.

What you will do

• Identify customer technical requirements and align use cases with the platform’s technical and business value.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, manage proof-of-concepts, and support technical sales cycles.
• Advise customers on cyber skills programs, crisis simulations, organizational risk, and cyber workforce resilience roadmaps.
• Build long-term relationships with strategic accounts, drive platform adoption, and support Executive Business Reviews.
• Operationalize the platform within cybersecurity programs using metrics, custom reports, and insights.
• Collaborate with sales, product, content, and engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an information security practitioner or solution consultant, including pre-sales experience.
• Extensive client-facing experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, information security concepts, compliance frameworks, and security standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM, and public cloud environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based on the East Coast of the United States; the role is primarily remote.
