InfoSec Analyst II, Trust (AI Governance)

Location: Remote within New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, or Virginia

Salary: $96,000–$160,000 for Tier 1 or $84,000–$160,000 for Tier 2, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Operate and improve the security compliance program through evidence collection, control testing, and customer assurance.
• Support AI governance through use-case reviews, vendor assessments, data-handling evaluations, and security-control documentation.
• Manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer security reviews from evidence collection through control testing.
• Coordinate security assessments, track dependencies and findings, and support remediation.
• Maintain compliance records and automate recurring evidence-gathering and reporting workflows.
• Prepare customer questionnaire and RFP responses, security metrics, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Experience in GRC, compliance, or IT audit within a SaaS, fintech, or technology environment.
• Practical knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks.
• Experience testing controls, tracking remediation, and translating technical requirements into practical actions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple assessments and stakeholders.
• A systems-oriented approach to workflow improvement and interest in AI security and governance.
• Experience with AI risk assessments, AI vendor reviews, model governance, or enterprise AI-use policies.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, spreadsheets, scripting, or workflow automation for evidence collection or reporting.
• Experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, financial services, cybersecurity, or another high-trust environment.
