What you will do

• Lead the transformation of security architecture and engineering capabilities across cybersecurity and infrastructure.
• Drive major cybersecurity and technology initiatives from strategy through successful delivery.
• Oversee AWS and Azure cloud environments, infrastructure, application support, and security engineering practices.
• Translate enterprise security objectives into architecture standards, roadmaps, implementation plans, and KPIs.
• Embed secure-by-design, DevSecOps, and automation principles across systems, platforms, and workflows.
• Lead and develop a leadership team covering security engineering, NOC, and help desk functions while strengthening operational performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading and scaling technical teams, typically 10 or more people over multiple years.
• Proven delivery experience with complex cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong cloud engineering and security background with AWS, Azure, and modern infrastructure environments.
• Deep expertise in IAM, network security, monitoring, encryption, cloud security, antivirus, and mobility security.
• Experience with automation, process improvement, organizational transformation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NIST or ISO 27001 frameworks.
• CISSP, CISM, or cloud security certifications.
