What you will do
- Support CNC machine park operations, including machine setup, part loading, cleaning, and basic tool handling.
- Assist with CNC machining, part inspection, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Learn to read part drawings and interpret basic G-code.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Take on progressively more technical responsibilities as experience develops.
Requirements
- Strong interest in manufacturing and willingness to learn CNC operations from the ground up.
- Comfort working with machines, tools, and hands-on equipment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent in contributing to daily operations.
- Interest in developing toward a full-time technical role in robotics-focused manufacturing.
