Machinist (CNC)

Location: On-site at the Waltham, Massachusetts facility five days per week. Working hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Salary: $30–$35 per hour.

What you will do

• Set up and operate manual milling, lathe, and handscrew machines.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, including tool offsets and CNC program editing.
• Inspect machined parts and ensure dimensional and specification compliance.
• Meet production time standards and support efficient machine-shop operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• English: B2 or higher required to read and write instructions and follow verbal directions.
• 10–15 years of machine-shop experience.
• High school or technical school graduation.
• Proficiency with shop measuring tools and technical part drawings.
• Basic mathematics and working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Waltham five days per week.
