Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist 1)

Location: On-site in Florence, Kentucky, USA. Night shift from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on a 2/2/3 rotation.

Salary: $21–$22 USD per hour, including a $1 per hour shift differential and potential competency-based increases.

What you will do

• Learn multiple aspects of the manufacturing and machining process through fully paid on-the-job training.
• Work in a climate-controlled production environment on a rotating overnight shift.
• Complete competency assessments during the first year.
• Contribute to the production of products supporting household-name brands.
• Develop manufacturing skills and pursue growth opportunities based on individual performance.

Requirements

• Must work on-site in Florence, Kentucky.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dependability.
• Ability to work the 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. 2/2/3 rotating schedule.
