Sr. CMF Engineer (Materials)

What you will do

• Lead and support Color, Material, Finish technology projects focused on product diversity, inclusivity, sustainability, and customization.
• Design CMF engineering solutions for new products, including materials selection, DFM, GD&T, SPC, DOE, trials, and qualification.
• Collaborate with product marketing, industrial design, mechanical engineering, CMF design, operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Manage molding and CMF suppliers through process ramp-up and new product introduction mass production.
• Provide materials consulting, training, and technical support to the Hsinchu site.
• Support supplier audits, new technology development, and cost-down initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of engineering experience in electronics or a related industry.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project engineer.
• Master’s degree or higher in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent English in reading, speaking, and writing is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
