What you will do

• Lead failure analysis for electronics component defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage supplier quality performance throughout new product development and product launches.
• Conduct on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and corrective action verification.
• Perform supplier process and system audits to identify and prevent quality risks.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, PDCA, and DMAIC methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to strengthen supplier quality controls.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of engineering or quality experience in the PCB or PCBA industry.
• Experience with component supplier system audits and process audits.
• Proficiency in PFMEA, SPC, GR&R, PDCA, and DMAIC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and supplier performance improvement skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently for supplier visits and job assignments.
