Senior Program Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, California or San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $175,000–$245,000 per year, plus Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Run the Customer Experience operating rhythm, including OKRs, meeting cadences, documentation, tooling, and change management.
• Prepare data-driven materials for QBRs and offsites, track leadership actions, and lead cross-functional special projects.
• Oversee customer programs such as onboarding, offboarding, maintenance windows, incident debriefs, and new deployments.
• Deliver AI tooling within Customer Experience, including triage agents, AI-assisted reliability engineering, and support automation.
• Coordinate launch readiness, enablement, customer communications, Jira hygiene, and go/no-go decisions for product releases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, strategy and operations, chief-of-staff, or related roles at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience with GPU, cloud infrastructure, inference, model lifecycle, API-first products, and their customers.
• Experience with customer-success operations or scaled, programmatic customer success.
• Ability to design durable, scalable operational frameworks from the ground up and work autonomously amid shifting priorities.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with LLMs and modern AI tools, with an expectation to build AI-driven workflows from day one.
• Fluency with tools such as Salesforce, Sigma, Claude Code, and Workato, including validating data before executive use.
