Salary: $198,000 - $235,500 annually

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product development programs from ideation to launch across product, engineering, and design.
- Build and maintain clear program plans ensuring transparency in scope, timelines, and ownership.
- Drive execution excellence balancing speed and quality for cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams to ensure readiness for product rollouts.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to unblock delivery and mitigate risks.
- Continuously improve program planning, tracking, and delivery processes for predictability and accountability.
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid with presence 4 days a week in SF Bay Area offices
- 8-10+ years of technical program management experience in SaaS environments.
- Deep technical background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and software product development.
- Strong skills in structuring multi-quarter programs and managing cross-team dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and business contexts.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with ability to manage ambiguity and risks.
