What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product development programs from ideation to launch across product, engineering, and design.
• Build and maintain clear program plans ensuring transparency in scope, timelines, and ownership.
• Drive execution excellence balancing speed and quality for cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams to ensure readiness for product rollouts.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to unblock delivery and mitigate risks.
• Continuously improve program planning, tracking, and delivery processes for predictability and accountability.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with presence 4 days a week in SF Bay Area offices
• 8-10+ years of technical program management experience in SaaS environments.
• Deep technical background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and software product development.
• Strong skills in structuring multi-quarter programs and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and business contexts.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with ability to manage ambiguity and risks.
