RevOps Analyst (FinTech)

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 USD annually, plus equity grant

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle for strategic merchants and coordinate with high-priority clients and company leadership.
• Own merchant onboarding for referral partnerships, including partner relationships, go-live coordination, and ad-hoc support.
• Translate partnership agreements into onboarding workflows, documentation, and handoff processes.
• Improve operational processes and CRM workflows while maintaining accurate, reliable data.
• Track pipeline and onboarding status, escalating risks, bottlenecks, and stalled deals with clear next steps.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in fintech, operations, sales, customer success, or a startup environment.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional organization and a process-first mindset.
• Ability to define processes in ambiguous situations and independently find answers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining data integrity and source-of-truth standards.

Nice to have

• Prior client relationship or sales experience.
• Experience with Google Apps Script, Make, Zapier, Salesforce, or Attio.
• Experience building or orchestrating agent-based workflows and interest in emerging AI technologies.
