Location: Remote, field-based; candidates must reside in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, or New Mexico. The role requires 60–80% travel, regular air travel, proximity to an airline hub, occasional weekend work, and attendance at customer, internal, regional, and national meetings.
Salary: $230,900–$384,800 annual base salary, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement with healthcare professionals and other medical customers across the assigned territory.
- Deliver scientifically accurate, approved medical content related to malignant hematology and medicines.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests and manage inbound healthcare professional queries through established processes.
- Partner with Oncology Research & Development and Global Product Development to identify clinical trial sites, including sites serving underrepresented patient populations.
- Support Investigator Sponsored Research, asset leadership, patient advocacy engagement, and cross-functional medical committees.
- Provide customer insights, communicate local patient population needs, mentor colleagues, and represent Medical Affairs with professional associations.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in malignant hematology and recognized subject matter expertise.
- Current residence in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, or New Mexico is required.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
- Excellent oral and written communication, judgment, prioritization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate a company car, travel 60–80% of the time, fly regularly, and work occasional weekends.
Nice to have
- Deep clinical expertise in malignant hematology.
- Established HCP network in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, or New Mexico.
- Previous field medical experience and familiarity with relevant SOPs, rules, and regulations.
- Leadership, mentoring, coaching, and experience influencing peers and external stakeholders.
