What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Agentic AI deployments from SOW kickoff through technical design, UAT, and go-live.
• Manage cross-functional delivery pods consisting of Forward Deployed Engineers and Agent Architects.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for executive stakeholders, including VP and SVP-level sponsors.
• Drive technical architecture and integration discussions to ensure scalable design and solution feasibility.
• Maintain critical project governance artifacts, including RAID logs, capacity plans, and delivery frameworks.
• Mentor junior TPMs to elevate delivery rigor and operational execution standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, enterprise software delivery, or professional services.
• Proven track record as the sole delivery owner for complex enterprise implementations with multiple integration workstreams.
• Strong technical credibility to challenge implementation approaches and lead architecture discussions.
• Expertise in adapting Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies to customer needs.
• High proficiency in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Must be based in New York

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or enterprise AI deployments.
• Exposure to CCaaS technologies and APIs (e.g., Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications.
• Experience with pre-sales scoping, SOW development, and resource estimation.
• Experience working with GSIs, SIs, or BPOs in global delivery environments.
