Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Onsite in San Francisco, California; office attendance 5 days a week

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates from leading technology companies, AI startups, and academic institutions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job descriptions, interview coordination, and offers.
• Build relationships with the technology community through networking events, tech talks, and direct candidate engagement.
• Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Track record of hiring for AI and machine learning, software engineering, data science, and infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and trends in AI and software development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Previous recruiting experience in AI technologies or software development platforms.
