Senior Product Manager (ECG-AI)

What you will do

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for the ECG-AI offering across technology and science organizations.
• Own the ECG-AI device roadmap through the full Software as a Medical Device lifecycle, including algorithm prioritization, clinical validation, design controls, risk management, regulatory clearance, implementation, and post-market surveillance.
• Drive software integration of ECG-AI devices into clinical workflows at partner health systems.
• Lead planning, design, development, validation, user experience, and releases with engineering, data science, clinical, and regulatory/quality teams.
• Monitor production stability, scalability, and deployed machine learning model performance.
• Manage technical and clinical requirements, operational change management, workflow impacts, and product support requests.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Required experience developing and launching a Software as a Medical Device product through design controls, verification and validation, and regulatory clearance such as FDA 510(k) or De Novo.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering and data science or machine learning teams.
• Experience translating scientific or clinical research into design and product decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and align engineering, science, regulatory, and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare data.
• Experience in cardiology or cardiac diagnostics.
