Senior Staff Product Manager, B2B Care Solutions (AI)

Salary: $197,000 - $295,500

What you will do

• Drive the comprehensive end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lightpath precision health solution.
• Partner with enterprise Sales teams to close high-value deals and define the B2B solution narrative.
• Act as the primary product representative for clinical partners, health systems, payers, and Alphabet's senior leadership.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, clinical, quality, and UX teams.
• Manage the holistic product lifecycle to ensure platform capabilities translate into member engagement and clinical results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including directing enterprise platform solutions from 0 to 1.
• Proven track record of managing commercial business metrics (bookings, pipeline) and product outcomes in a B2B setting.
• Experience driving alignment across complex, regulated technical teams including Engineering and Clinical stakeholders.
• Eligible for US-based employment or hirify.global-sponsored immigration support.

Nice to have

• Direct experience scaling B2B enterprise healthcare solutions sold to health systems, payers, or life sciences.
• Hands-on experience directing the deployment of AI-driven products such as LLMs, ML, or agentic workflows.
• Outstanding storytelling skills for distilling complex technical architectures for C-suite executives.
• Ability to influence without authority and negotiate resources from senior cross-functional leaders.
