Senior Product Manager (Identity Security)

Location: U.S. Remote

Salary: $130,000–$162,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Define the strategy for identity risk and security posture, including what risk scores must communicate to customers.
• Own risk scoring end to end, including models, weighting, signal traces, customer controls, and third-party integrations such as Okta and Entra.
• Set direction for posture and detection capabilities, including checks, findings, cases, and reporting.
• Deliver actionable findings with evidence about what was observed, when it occurred, and which resource was affected.
• Protect security and privacy through tenant isolation, access controls, and watch-before-enforce safeguards.
• Partner with customers, design partners, data scientists, engineering, UX, revenue operations, and field teams to validate requirements and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with IAM, PAM, and IGA, plus enterprise security, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP, A2A, model fine-tuning, and training.
• Experience launching AI-driven or data-centric products across the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals and communicate technical capabilities as business value.
• Up to 25% travel is expected.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with PAM/IGA governance initiatives.
• Experience supporting open-source AI platforms or engaging technical user communities.
