Clinical Applications Associate (AI)

Location: Atlanta Office, with flexible remote or hybrid work options

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

• Cross-reference diagnostic imaging, radiology reports, scheduled appointments, and patient or customer data to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a 100% accuracy standard for information shared with clients and providers.
• Provide clear written updates to clients about patient-record status, primarily by email with occasional phone contact.
• Communicate with radiology groups to escalate reports to STAT priority and clarify appointment details.
• Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, routing them to the appropriate team.
• Handle sensitive patient data in line with HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures and workflows.
• Knowledge of radiology workflows and basic technical concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistently accurate work.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills for client and cross-functional collaboration.
• Resilience, a positive outlook, and willingness to continuously improve through feedback.
• Comfort using AI for administration, documentation, or research while applying sound judgment around patient data.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Excel Pivot Tables and/or VLOOKUPs.
