What you will do
- Review patient clinical records and identify relevant clinical trial matches.
- Manage clinical trial workflows independently, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Collaborate with scientists, pathologists, and product development teams to create customized clinical reports.
- Combine and synthesize information from multiple data sources and systems.
- Ensure clinical reports are accurate, clear, and aligned with requirements.
- Support current and future team projects while maintaining flexibility across changing workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in genetics, molecular genetics, cancer biology, or biological sciences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage complex tasks efficiently under time constraints.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and operate independently in a collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience reviewing hematology or oncology clinical records.
- Experience critically evaluating clinical trials.
- Basic knowledge of generative AI.
