Salary: $46,000-$50,000 per year for work performed from Illinois; ranges may vary for California, Colorado, and New York.

What you will do

• Review patient clinical records and identify relevant clinical trial matches.
• Manage clinical trial workflows while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Collaborate with scientists, pathologists, and product development teams to create customized clinical reports.
• Combine and synthesize information from multiple data sources and systems.
• Ensure clinical reports are accurate, clear, and aligned with requirements.
• Support ongoing and future team projects while responding flexibly to changing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Molecular Genetics, Cancer Biology, or Biological Sciences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage complex tasks efficiently under time constraints.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and perform the role remotely from Illinois.

Nice to have

• Experience reviewing hematology or oncology clinical records.
• Experience critically evaluating clinical trials.
• Basic knowledge of generative AI.
