Deal Sourcing & Acquisition Analyst (AI Data Centers)

What you will do

• Source colocation, powered shell, land and power, and data center expansion opportunities.
• Conduct broker outreach, direct owner engagement, and cold outreach.
• Build and manage a global opportunity pipeline using CRM tools.
• Identify emerging data center clusters and supply-demand imbalances.
• Screen opportunities for power availability, permitting, capacity, schedules, and credibility.
• Prepare deal summaries, organize diligence materials, track risks, and support reporting and investment memos.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in acquisitions, real estate, infrastructure, or sourcing.
• Strong outreach and pipeline-building skills.
• Analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Exposure to data centers, power infrastructure, or telecom.
• Experience supporting diligence or underwriting and conducting market analysis.
• Ability to work on-site at the Sunnyvale headquarters office.
