Guide Transformation Analyst (AI & Governance)

Location: McLean, Virginia or Plano, Texas; fully onsite

What you will do

• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulations.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend AI solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Guide and train teams on AI tools and governance practices.
• Monitor AI initiatives and assess their alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations on AI and governance strategies for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with AI technologies and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, Virginia or Plano, Texas.

• Experience in project management and change management.
