Salary: $88,000–$118,000

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, IT, vendors, and architects to gather, validate, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop business cases and requirements documentation aligned to system strategy, organizational goals, and impacts of Workday changes or upgrades.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from requirements through implementation and post-deployment optimization to deliver outcomes on time and efficiently.
- Ensure deliverable quality and consistency, including requirements, test strategies, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with enterprise/solution architects, QA, and technical teams to translate requirements into solution designs and support successful implementation.
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and enhanced user experience within Workday.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or an IT-related major, business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules.
- IIBA certification or demonstrated equivalent with a business analysis focus.
- Five+ years of job-related experience, including 3+ years of experience with Workday.
- Strong business analysis or systems analysis background, including business process or system design/implementation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
