Analyst III, Workday ERP

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, project teams, IT, vendors, and architects to gather, validate, and translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead business case development and requirements documentation aligned with system strategy and organizational goals.
• Drive solution delivery from requirements through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and better user experience within Workday.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and technical teams on solution design, system performance validation, testing, and risk assessment.
• Mentor and support other analysts while promoting continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, accounting, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules.
• IIBA certification or equivalent business analysis experience.
• Five or more years of related experience, including at least three years with Workday.
• Strong business or systems analysis, process or system design and implementation, and large-group meeting facilitation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Time and Expense, and other Workday modules.
• Workday PRO certifications.
• System life cycle management or software systems selection experience.
• Project management or project coordination experience.
