Senior Client Operations Manager

Location: Virtual/primarily remote, based in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, or a geographical area near or central to existing client business; travel to client sites and team meetings is required as needed.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational performance for assigned client accounts, including stability, quality, productivity, and monthly revenue goals.
• Analyze operational and financial data, prepare dashboards and reports, and translate metrics into corrective actions and leadership recommendations.
• Partner with Directors and Client Managers to identify inefficiencies, manage account risks, improve productivity, and support revenue growth.
• Lead client communication and meetings, maintain professional relationships, and drive accountability across Client Managers and Supervisors.
• Coach managers, supervisors, and team members while supporting hiring, onboarding, training, staffing, payroll review, and performance management.
• Oversee implementation support, quality audits, workflow improvements, and compliance with HIPAA, ROI regulations, contracts, and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven success as a people manager and effective communication with clients, management, associates, and other stakeholders.
• Required experience with medical records or healthcare and knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards.
• Experience using Excel and analytical databases to create reports for clients and executive leadership.
• Must live near or central to existing client business and be willing to travel to assigned accounts and team meetings.
• Valid driver's license and a history of safe driving; consistent attendance with minimal unplanned schedule deviations.
