What you will do

• Coordinate technical delivery and manage cross-functional dependencies for various VA healthcare applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare informatics, Agile, and policy domains.
• Evaluate incoming demand and intake requests to validate scope, alignment, and readiness.
• Develop product roadmaps, requirements, process flows, and technical impact documents to support delivery.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and decision documents for program leadership.
• Facilitate communication across technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combined experience and certifications).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience working with clinician-facing data systems and Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Veterans Affairs VistA ecosystem, including CPRS and JLV.
• Knowledge of legal and policy frameworks related to healthcare data and privacy.
• Project management experience specifically within federal or healthcare sectors.
• Experience supporting demand and intake workflows in a federal setting.
