Senior Project Manager - Delivery Lead (Enterprise Software)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX; Columbus, OH; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Nashville, TN, or Irving.

Salary: $82,082–$193,440 base compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Smart Operations and Digital solutions across multiple international markets.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Integration, Deployment, and Market teams through complex platform rollouts.
• Manage governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery predictability.
• Drive deployment readiness for web, mobile, kiosk, POS, and in-store operational systems.
• Lead large-scale digital ordering and enterprise platform implementation programs.
• Manage stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery or technical program management.
• Experience managing large-scale global or multi-market technology programs.
• Strong background leading distributed teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business functions.
• Experience with Agile and product-centric delivery environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC, enterprise platform implementations, API and middleware integrations, data migration, release management, and deployment readiness.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Atlassian tools, Scrum, and technical program management practices.

• Experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, eCommerce, or franchise operations.
