Senior Growth Marketing Manager (AI Photostudio)

SCAYLE is an enterprise commerce platform building SCAYLE STUDIOS, an AI-native SaaS product for generating fashion imagery and digital content.

What you will do

• Own organic growth across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Build a high-volume, video-first content engine featuring product demos, recurring social formats, and platform-native content.
• Lead the LinkedIn speaker-head program, including positioning, ghostwriting, content planning, and enablement.
• Develop campaign ideas, hooks, scripts, and creative angles, including appearing on camera.
• Partner with Paid Performance Marketing to turn organic insights and winning creatives into scalable acquisition campaigns.
• Test go-to-market initiatives such as referrals, webinars, masterclasses, partnerships, free-credit campaigns, events, and activations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, content, social media, campaign, or general marketing.
• Hands-on experience growing brands or products organically on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing, storytelling, video, and campaign development skills.
• Confidence in front of the camera and the ability to explain complex product capabilities through engaging content.
• Experience connecting organic content with paid acquisition and using performance feedback to iterate.
• Fluent German and English required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is expected.

• Experience with AI tools and interest in fashion, e-commerce, content production, or creative technology.
• Experience with integrated or programmatic campaigns, events, partnerships, webinars, or masterclasses.
