What you will do
- Build and own the MQL to SQL pipeline, including lead scoring and qualification criteria in HubSpot.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing to generate qualified leads.
- Create high-converting content such as gated reports, case studies, SEO articles, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Run product marketing campaigns for hirify.global Platform and new AI-powered modules across buyer segments.
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Business Development, and Customer Success to align marketing with sales goals and pipeline targets.
- Support international expansion and manage PR and brand positioning activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing with focus on demand generation, content marketing, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong content creation skills in English (C1+ required).
- Data-driven mindset using funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline data.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, including lead scoring and workflows.
- Fluency in English (C1+) and ability to produce content in Polish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs.
- Background in Employee Experience, HR Tech, or Internal Communication.
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers including C-Level executives.
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, Hotjar.
- Basic design skills or experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with AI-powered products or positioning AI features.
